Envirocon District Manager to Serve as Prestigious Board Advisor
Louay Owaidat, District Manager at Envirocon's Sacramento District Office has been asked to serve as an Advisor on the Board for the Construction Institute Sacramento Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
The Sacramento Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers serves the Civil Engineers of Northern California from Stockton to the Oregon border and from the Nevada border to the Coast Ranges. It is divided into four Branches: Capital, Central Valley, Feather River and Shasta.
This recognition follows Envirocon's acceptance of the 2005 American Society of Civil Engineers Sacramento Section Outstanding Project of the Year Award for the Sacramento River Flood Control Project, Upper Sacramento Area Phase V. The project was completed for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District under the direction of Mr. Owaidat and Envirocon's Sacramento area project personnel.
