Envirocon was recently awarded the Terminal 4 Removal Action - Phase I, Wheeler Bay Stabilization project located in Portland, Oregon. The work includes but is not limited to grading approximately 850 feet of Wheeler Bay Shoreline, placing imported topsoil and armor stone, landscaping consisting of planting willow and cottonwood plants, hydro seeding native grasses and placing anchored habitat logs and large woody debris. The work area is part of a Superfund Site as designated by the EPA and all work must comply with EPA-mandated environmental conditions and other applicable regulatory requirements and laws.
