Envirocon was a Silver Sponsor supporting the University of Colorado’s STEMapalooza event held on October 8 & 9, 2010. In its third year, the conference supports Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) education and has historically had over 10,000 attendees.

Colorado expects to see a 20% growth rate in STEM occupations through 2015, according to the Colorado Workforce Development Council. The University of Colorado Denver recognizes it is extremely beneficial to develop the state’s workforce early through engaging the imaginations of students of all ages in math, the sciences, and in future careers in STEM fields.
