Envirocon Welcomes New Human Resources Director
Envirocon would like to welcome Mr. Duane "Van" Van Dresar to Envirocon as the Human Resources Director.
Mr. Van Dresar has over 25 years of experience in the human resources industry having previously worked as an H.R. professional
in numerous public, private, and military sectors. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources with extensive
knowledge of employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits, succession planning, and organizational development
training. He holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from California Coast University and received
an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Husson College. Prior to Envirocon, Mr. Van Dresar was the
Midwest Region Human Resources Manager at RSC Equipment Rental and has worked in several industries including manufacturing,
service, utility, and retail. His responsibilities at Envirocon include strategically developing, leading,
and implementing the overall personnel practices of the organization and ensuring the general wellbeing of Envirocon employees.
