Camp Mak-A-Dream Train Ride
Envirocon and other Washington Companies employees volunteered to help at the annual Camp Mak-A-Dream train ride and float trip, held on July 14th, 2006. Camp-Mak-A-Dream is a camp for children and young adults with cancer, located in Gold Creek, Montana. The event is dedicated to the participants, with the goal of providing them with a Montana experience. The day began with a ride aboard a train provided by Montana Rail Link, Envirocon's sister company. The train then dropped the campers off at for a riverside BBQ and afternoon float down the Clark Fork River. Several Envirocon employees donated rafts for the event, as well as volunteered their time to guide the rafts down the river. Over 50 campers participated in the event.
