As part of Envirocon’s extensive demolition equipment fleet, we have invested in excavator-mounted attachments. These units allow Envirocon to effectively handle a wide-range of demolition projects.
Hydraulic Shears – Our fleet of shears range from our 1000R rotating shears to skid steer mounted units. Hydraulic Shears are ideal for heavy I-beam and steel plate construction, as well as steel combined with other materials. The 1000R shears have a 38-inch jaw opening, a 40-inch jaw depth, and 1,615 tons of shear force. All of our 1000R shears are equipped with rotation capabilities to maximize production and safety.
Universal Processors – Envirocon owns universal processors manufactured by LaBounty, Genesis, and Indeco. These units specialize in mixed construction including concrete, steel, and other materials.
Hydraulic Hammers – Our fleet includes units from 10,000 feet lbs to skid steer mounted units. Our 10,000 feet lb units mount on 100,000 lb excavators and break up the largest of concrete structures.
Concrete Pulverizers – Envirocon owns and operates various stick-mounted concrete pulverizers including the LaBounty CP100. This unit has a 48-inch jaw opening and is used in demolishing concrete structures and sizing concrete for disposal or reuse.
Demolition and Severe Duty Grapples – Envirocon’s fleet utilizes many grapples for sorting and loading of demolition debris.
