Wheatfield, New York Remediation
Envirocon was awarded a project in January 2006 where a local trucking company had operated for numerous years in Wheatfield, New York. The scope of work includes removal, transportation, and disposal of 9,700 cy of contaminated soil/sediment and industrial waste; backfill of the excavations; and restoration of 1 acre of wetlands. Envirocon currently has a crew of eight assigned to this project which is scheduled to be complete in June 2006.
