Envirocon began as a small company with fewer than 20 employees in 1988 and has grown to the thriving company it is today with over 500 employees. It is our belief that people make the difference, from the President of the company to the Project Teams in the field, each person plays an integral part in sharing the successes that Envirocon has achieved.

Envirocon has a strong highly qualified workforce many of whom have been guiding the company since its inception. We are proud of the fact that over 35% of Envirocon's staff have been with the company for 5 years or more.

Envirocon has implemented a business plan that is based upon continuous improvement. Teams from all levels of the company have been formed to share their ideas. Many of these outstanding ideas have resulted in positive changes in policies and procedures.
