Envirocon Removes Denver Landmark
On June 17, 2008 Envirocon permanently changed the Denver skyline by demolishing the familiar red and white checkerboard water tower that was located at Rocky Mountain Arsenal (RMA) for over 50 years.

Milltown Project Hits Major Milestone
A major milestone was reached at the Milltown Dam project recently. Envirocon has now excavated, loaded and shipped by rail over 1,000,000 tons of contaminated sediments to the Anaconda Smelter Superfund Site for use in site reclamation. The expected total to be removed is 2.2 million cubic yards of sediments. Removal of the spillway has also begun.
Envirocon Awarded Second Project at Same Site, Natomas Cross Canal South Levee Phase 1B Improvement Project
Envirocon was recently awarded the Natomas Cross Canal South Levee Phase 1B Improvement Project in Sacramento for the Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency (SAFCA).

New York Times Highlights Milltown Project in River Restoration Story
On May 27th, Envirocon was featured in a story on river restoration in the Science section of the New York Times.
Montana based journalist, Jim Robbins, was present for the breach of the Milltown Dam in March 2008 and was inspired to cover the topic of river restoration and its positive impact on the environment.

On February 8, 2008, CNBC aired a national, feature profile on Envirocon during the networks "Power Lunch" program. CNBC correspondent, Mike Hegadus recently visited Envirocon's headquarters in Missoula, MT and interviewed several Envirocon personnel on the company's values and services as well as visited local Envirocon work sites including the Milltown Superfund Site and Brennan's Wave Kayak Park.
