Dam Demolition Project Restores River to Historic Channel
 Envirocon recently completed the removal of two historic dams in the Southeastern United States, allowing a two-mile stretch of river to flow freely over native bedrock for the first time in over 100 years. The remote river posed various challenges that required Envirocon to develop and implement innovative construction and demolition methods to successfully perform the dam removal.

Strongest Safety Performance in 22 Years
Envirocon finished 2010 with the best year of safety performance in its 22-year history. In particular, Envirocon's OSHA recordable rate was 0.65, a fraction of our industry's average rate of 4.6. 2010 also caps off three consecutive years with a recordable rate less than 1.0. Not to mention our current Experience Modification Rating (EMR) which was 0.51.
