Safety is a cornerstone of Envirocon’s Operational Excellence program. Our safety programs promote awareness of various safety topics and provide a reminder for employees to recognize, avoid, report, and correct safety hazards which, in turn, create a safer, more productive workforce.

To promote the safety of their employees and reemphasize situational awareness, Envirocon recently developed a new informational poster to educate individuals on the proper steps to being an effective spotter. Depending on the circumstances, there are different procedures for the spotter, as well as guidance on when one is needed. Most importantly, the individual should have a complete understanding of their duties before taking on the role of a spotter, specifically knowing the hazards they are helping to control and the hazards they may be exposed to.
