Envirocon Announces New President & CEO, Mr. Mark D. Fallon

Mark Fallon, President & CEOEnvirocon, Inc. is pleased that Mr. Mark D. Fallon has accepted the position of President and CEO. Mr. Fallon assumes the position upon the retirement of Mr. Jack Gilbraith, who served as Envirocon’s President and CEO for the past 10 years.  Mr. Gilbraith first joined Envirocon in 1996 and was promoted to his current role in 2006.

Mr. Fallon most recently served as a member of the Board of Directors and President of Global Regions for CH2M, an international engineering company that provides consulting, design, construction, and operations services for corporations, and federal, state, and local governments. He served in various leadership roles, including Managing Director of the Europe Region and President of Global Nuclear Business. He also served as the President of the services division of what is now BHI Energy.  Mark began his career at the U.S. Department of Energy, where he served as a senior advisor to the U.S. Secretary of Energy on a range of policy matters. In 2013, Mark was appointed by the White House to the 16-member advisory committee for the Export-Import Bank of the United States.

Mr. Fallon earned a bachelor’s degree in Government from Connecticut College and completed courses in executive leadership and financial management from the University of Michigan’s School of Business.

Mr. Fallon’s recent message to the Envirocon team:

“Envirocon Teammates,

 I want to let you know how excited I am to join the team.  I admire what you do every day restoring our environment and delivering results for our clients in the face of safety hazards and technical challenges.  I know that I am joining a company with a strong reputation for safety, integrity, and reliability, that each of you under Jack’s leadership has worked very hard to earn.  I take my responsibility to protect that reputation very seriously.   My job is to serve each of you every day.  I look forward to meeting every one of you and visiting your projects and clients.  I want to know where you want to take your careers and our company.   Over my first few months, I’ll be visiting with you and our clients to learn how we can make our company even safer, more successful, and more rewarding for everyone.
