Envirocon implements a well-developed and highly effective Quality Management System (QMS) based on the ISO 9001 Standard. Our quality policy is to provide services that meet or exceed our client’s quality expectations and to continually improve our quality performance. We implement each project with the same high standards regardless of scope, size, or scale.
Our Corporate Quality Manager, Mr. Randall Allen, leads our Quality Management program. Mr. Allen is a 30-year veteran of the nuclear industry and a member of our Environment, Safety, Health and Quality organization. Randall’s resume includes experience with a wide variety of Department of Energy contractors and more than 25 years of specific experience analyzing, interpreting, implementing, and assessing compliance to federal and commercial regulations and standards. Randall holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with an emphasis on Quality Assurance and Waste Management from the University of Idaho.
Envirocon’s Quality Management System (QMS) outlines the company quality policy and management expectations; describes the processes and procedures used to meet the standard; and provides a consistent approach to quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) for all company work. Using the guidelines from the QMS, we develop a Project Specific Quality Plan (PSQP) for each project. Our PSQP addresses specific QC measures related to the project such as identifying roles of the management team in implementing the QC processes, subcontractor management requirements and expectations, specific material testing and inspections, reporting requirements, and methods to address non-conformance issues.
Under Mr. Allen’s guidance and stewardship, Envirocon’s Quality Management system is an asset to every project and client we serve. Through our QMS, we strive to obtain a consistent, high-quality level of workmanship throughout all phases of project planning, construction, procurement, subcontracting, and testing/monitoring.
