Employee Development

Envirocon believes in enhancing the employment experience for our employees by cultivating an environment where people are encouraged to continuously learn, grow, and advance their careers.  Specific areas of development include:

  1. Safety

    Specific safety training includes 40-hour HAZWOPER training, 8-hour HAZWOPER refresher training, 8-hour Supervisors Training, CPR and first aid training, and specialized training in job-specific hazards.
  2. Corporate

    Envirocon provides corporate training such as communication skills, conflict management, technical and proposal writing, performance management, and department-specific webinars.
  3. Education

    Professional and personal development is supported and encouraged and includes tuition reimbursement, employee family scholarship program, and professional coaching.
