Giving Back

Envirocon is committed to community service through volunteerism and philanthropy, with employees actively contributing to impactful projects in their local areas. The Dennis and Phyllis Washington Foundation, supported by annual contributions from Envirocon and other Washington Companies, aims to improve lives by funding programs that enhance the quality of life. The Foundation focuses on youth, economically and socially disadvantaged individuals and families, and those with special needs.

What our people are saying

We have built a culture at Envirocon based upon mutual respect for each other and the values of integrity, trust, and stewardship. Amazing things happen when a group of people with common values come together with the goal of making the world a better place.

RESPECT, INTEGRITY & SERVICE

Special Olympics

For many years, we have volunteered alongside other Washington Companies’ employees at the Special Olympics. From ushering at the opening ceremonies to assisting at field events, we are proud to serve this organization and our local community.

Habitat for Humanity

We are honored to build homes in our communities for families in need. Our support is shown not only by the Dennis & Phyllis Washington Foundation, but also through the hard work of Washington Companies’ employees on build days.

Scholarships & Grants

The Dennis & Phyllis Washington Foundation helps build a strong educational foundation for future leaders through various scholarships and grants, as well as continuing education opportunities.

Giving Back

Our offices and project sites across the nation assist local families in our communities during the holiday season. We volunteer at local charities, sponsor children and families, and assist those in need to help to brighten the holidays for all.

Pay It Forward

Since 2008, the Montana-based Washington Companies awarded $1M to randomly selected employees for donation to charities in their local communities. Employees choose the philanthropic cause they wish to support – families in need, food banks, animal shelters, and other charities.

We Believe in People

People are our greatest asset and we believe that each employee has something great to contribute to our company every day. With hundreds of people that are passionate about what they do, Envirocon is a team that feels like a small family. We have a culture in which employees are empowered to work safely and watch out for each other, do things the right way, and treat each other, our clients, and the community with the utmost respect.

We Work Together

We practice collaboration and teamwork, and continuously share knowledge gained and best practices company wide. Our diverse teams partner together, working towards achieving a common goal and making a significant difference. The shared belief that it is better to accomplish things together results in a much more focused and substantial contribution to the communities we work and live in.

We Listen

We strive to give our employees an environment where ideas are heard, encouraged, and valued across the company. Supporting each other at every level is integral to how we do business. Our leaders are approachable, act with integrity, and work hard to recognize, appreciate, and reward excellence.

We Strive for the Best

Delivering excellence in everything we do continuously moves us forward. We believe that individual and company growth occur simultaneously, and we encourage people to challenge themselves and each other. Being best-in-class is hard work; it means consistently asking whether we can do better. At Envirocon we understand that if we stretch ourselves, the sky is the limit.
