Envirocon has been successful
in recruiting and retaining a highly qualified professional staff
with substantial experience in the environmental remediation, demolition, geotechnical
and water-related services industries. Envirocon's Key Corporate
Personnel are listed below:
Jack Gilbraith, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Gilbraith has over 25 years of remedial construction management experience including program and project oversight, budget, and schedule control.
He has supervised various project types ranging from wastewater treatment plant construction, radiological cleanup, waste processing, and chemical treatment.
Specific remedial project work has included large-scale mine reclamation, petroleum, and pesticide site remediation.
Mr. Gilbraith previously served for 10 years as Envirocon's Chief Operations Officer/Vice President of Operations where he managed all aspects of
performance on remedial construction projects. He was promoted to President/CEO in September of 2006. As President and CEO of Envirocon,
Mr. Gilbraith is responsible for all aspects of Envirocon's business.

Earl McCall, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. McCall serves as Chief Financial Officer of Envirocon. Previous to joining Envirocon, Mr. McCall acted as Controller for Washington Corporation for seven years and prior to that was the Controller for Westran, Inc., a subsidiary of Washington Corporations specializing in over-the-road heavy hauling and bulk materials transportation. After graduating from the University of Montana, he began his career with Coopers and Lybrand in Seattle, Washington as a staff auditor. Before returning to Montana, Mr. McCall had supervised audits of both public and private entities and was promoted to tax supervisor for selected corporate clients. Mr. McCall is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and as CFO of Envirocon, he is responsible for directing all financial and fiscal aspects of the company.

KRIS KOK, PG, CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Mr. Kok serves as Envirocon's Chief Operating Officer responsible for the estimating and execution of projects company wide. Since joining Envirocon in 1989, Mr. Kok has held progressively more responsible positions including Project Scientist, Project Manager, Project Director, and Western Regional Manager. He has successfully completed numerous projects involving a vast array of technologies and processes used in the remediation industry. These projects have been executed for fortune 100 and 500 firms, federal agencies, and state governments. Mr. Kok also has experience with remedial investigations, remedy evaluations and selection, regulatory negotiations, and large risk transfer projects involving specialty insurance products. He completed his B.S. in Earth Sciences at Montana State University in 1986 and since joining Envirocon in 1989 has been responsible for the successful execution of over $500 million of remediation work.

Charlie Wells, Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Wells has over 25 years of experience in the environmental services and
remediation markets with an extensive background in management, service operations,
and business development. He has worked with clients on projects involving
site remediation of hazardous wastes, contaminated soils and groundwater,
facility decontamination, and on-site treatment. As Vice President of Business
Development, Mr. Wells is responsible for all aspects of our business development
efforts, marketing, and corporate accounts program.

KRISTINA L. PAFFHAUSEN, CPA, VICE PRESIDENT/CONTROLLER
Ms. Paffhausen has over 22 years of experience involving both public and management accounting. Her current responsibilities include oversight of all accounting and financial matters of the Company, and IT Services. Her expertise includes financial analysis, budgeting, business development, project management, contract administration, risk management, and process development (policies and procedures) with an emphasis on internal controls. She has extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and FAR regulations.

Joseph
J. Ocken, CIH, CHMM, CSP, Director of Health & Safety
Mr. Ocken has over 30 years experience in all aspects of safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental protection.
His corporate management experience includes more than 10 years experience in the areas of safety programs, industrial hygiene,
medical monitoring, environmental compliance, waste management, loss-control, training, safety performance metrics, project cost estimating and budget forecasting.
As the Corporate Director for Health and Safety, Mr. Ocken is responsible for managing a staff of more than 35 health and safety professionals and technicians
serving as safety officers, industrial hygienists, and radiation safety officers.

D'Antuono, Director of Contracts
As Director of Contracts for Envirocon Mr. D'Antuono responsibilities include managing all contracts and subcontracts from cradle to grave as well as any legal matters. Mr. D'Antuono has 25 years of experience in environmental services, remediation and construction contracting including subcontracting, procurement, and he also has served as the Security Officer for the Foreign Ownership Control and Influence Proxy Board. Mr. D'Antuono as extensive knowledge in contracting with the Federal Government and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Over his career, John has successfully bid on and negotiated awards totaling well over $1 billion in federal, state, and local government and commercial contracts.

Nina Lund, Director Of Human Resources
Ms. Lund serves as the Director of Human Resources for Envirocon responsible for strategically developing, leading, and implementing the overall Human Resources practices of the organization.
Ms. Lund has over 20 years of Human Resources management experience including national and international union and non-union HR experience in various industries including: construction/building materials, mining, environmental testing, financial services, healthcare and telecommunications. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with an emphasis in Personnel Administration and Industrial Relations and has attained certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Pete Joy, Director of Operations
Mr. Joy currently serves as Envirocon’s Director of Operations and has over 20 years experience performing environmental remediation and civil construction projects. He has served as Project Scientist, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Project Director, and Western Region Operations Manager since he joined Envirocon in 1989. Mr. Joy has a M.S. in Geochemistry from the Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology in Butte, Montana and a B.S. in Chemistry from Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana. His previous projects include mine reclamation, dam construction, sand and gravel operations, soil/sludge solidification and stabilization, cut-off walls, sludge dewatering and treatment, RCRA cap construction, residential yard removals, environmental regulatory issues, and health and safety.

Jeff Woltemath, Director of Nuclear Services
Mr. Woltemath manages nuclear projects nationwide from Envirocon’s offices in Golden, Colorado. He has over 35 years experience in construction, the past 25 on radiological projects, beginning in 1986 managing projects under the UMTRA Program in western Colorado and eastern Utah. Mr. Woltemath came to Envirocon in 1995 and managed the first large-scale environmental restoration project on the Hanford Nuclear Reservation in Washington State. He has also managed other Envirocon projects at Hanford, as well as “L” cleared projects at Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site in Colorado, the Atlas Tailings Site in Moab, Utah, and at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in California. Mr. Woltemath's management expertise includes business development; capture strategy and proposal management; project management; subcontractor evaluation and management; project controls; and personnel recruiting and management

SHERRY GIBSON, PE, PMP, DIRECTOR OF GOVERNMENT SERVICES
Ms. Gibson has 25 years of experience in the management and technical execution of multi-million dollar programs. She is experienced in all phases of complex program management for environmental remediation, water resources, civil works, energy, and homeland security projects and has extensive experience with CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, NEPA, CWA, and other Federal/State regulatory programs. Prior to joining Envirocon, Ms. Gibson was a Vice President and Senior Program Manager with SAIC where she managed programs in excess of $90M including the USACE St. Louis FUSRAP program. Graduating from Virginia Tech, Ms. Gibson began her career as a civil design engineer and has supported both private and federal clients including the US Army Corps of Engineers, the US Air Force, and the Army Space and Missile Defense Command.
Ms. Gibson will oversee Envirocon's continued growth of its nationwide Government Services business. As Director of Government Services, she is responsible for coordinating and expanding Envirocon's market presence with US Federal Agencies who procure remediation, geotechnical, and demolition services.

Greg Frame, Estimating Manager
Mr. Frame is the corporate Estimating Manager for all offices of Envirocon. Mr. Frame has over 17 years experience in estimating, managing, and directing environmental remediation projects. Over the past 17 years he has served as Estimator, Project Manager, Project Director, and Western Region Estimating Manager since 1992. Mr. Frame graduated from Montana State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Frame's projects have included stabilization, repository construction, demolition, landfill operation, and plant decommissioning. He is responsible for managing the estimating of projects nationwide.

David Jacobs, DIRECTOR OF DEMOLITION AND REMEDIATION
Mr. Jacobs, Director of Demolition & Remediation, oversees Envirocon’s national demolition service line as well as remediation operations in the State of California, the Northwestern United States, and Canada. He has 19 years of experience in directing demolition and hazardous waste site remediation activities throughout the western United States. He has managed numerous projects under strict Federal and State oversight including demolition at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation. Mr. Jacobs joined Envirocon in 1999 and has served in the role of Project Manager, Project Director, Branch Manager, and Director of Demolition & Remediation. He holds a M.S. in Environmental and Occupational Health and a B. S. in Chemistry. Mr. Jacobs' current responsibilities as District Manager and head of the Demolition Services Group include oversight of all office and field staff in the northwest district office and their performance of projects throughout the United States and Canada. Projects performed in his District have ranged from the three year Head of the Hylebos Superfund Sediment Remediation project to the complete decommissioning of several aluminum smelters in Oregon and Washington.

Kevin Strahley, DIRECTOR OF REMEDIATION
Mr. Strahley currently oversees operations from Envirocon's office in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Strahley has 27 years experience in the environmental remediation industry. He came to Envirocon in 1999 to manage project operations at Rocky Mountain Arsenal where he spent 6 years overseeing eight projects totaling more than $60 million in value, two of which were the largest projects completed to date. Mr. Strahley's management expertise includes technical approach formulation and implementation; cost estimating and control; subcontractor evaluation and management; critical path schedule development; and management, equipment, and personnel selection. He has comprehensive experience with CERCLA/SARA, RCRA, TSCA, and other Federal/State regulatory programs. Mr. Strahley has acted as liaison with regulatory officials from EPA, DOD, and state and local agencies in 23 states and U.S. territories. Mr. Strahley has managed numerous large-scale hazardous waste remediation projects including pesticide, wood treating, aerospace, automotive, mining, and petrochemical and DOD facilities.
